1. Parties and term

This Enrollment Agreement is between Umbrella Academy ("the School"), 6140 E Peak View, Cave Creek, AZ, and the parent(s) or guardian(s) signing below ("Family"), for the student(s) listed in this form, for the remainder of the 2026–27 school year beginning on the agreed start date.

All enrollments are subject to approval by the School. Submitting this form is an enrollment request. This agreement takes effect only once the School confirms acceptance in writing, which includes cohort placement, attendance days and start date. No payment is due until enrollment is confirmed.

2. Program and attendance

The student(s) will attend the program and days selected above. Core instruction days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with Wednesday Adventure Days and Friday Enrichment. Hybrid families choose their days; days are set for each quarter, and the School will offer a chance each quarter to add or change days. Daily drop-off is 8:30–8:45 am and pick-up is 2:15–2:30 pm. Students are released only to authorized adults.

3. Tuition

• Annual tuition is $17,800 (5-day), $14,800 (3-day) or $11,800 (2-day) per student.
• Arizona ESA funds are applied first. The School estimates $7,000/year for 1st grade and up and $4,000/year for kindergarten; the Family's ESA award letter controls, and tuition will be adjusted if the actual award differs. Pre-K students are not ESA-eligible.
• The remaining out-of-pocket balance is divided into 12 monthly payments. Each additional sibling receives a 30% discount on out-of-pocket tuition.
• Families who pay the year's out-of-pocket balance in full receive a 5% discount on that balance.
• For students starting mid-year, the Family pays the monthly rate for each month enrolled, and the first payment is prorated from the start date to the next 15th. ESA invoices are prorated for any partial quarter.

4. Payment

• The first out-of-pocket payment is due before the student's first day of school. For pay-in-full families, that is the full discounted balance; for monthly families, it is the first month (prorated for a mid-year start).
• After that, monthly out-of-pocket tuition is due on the 15th of each month by HoneyBook invoice. Each payment covers the 15th through the 14th of the following month. Autopay is strongly encouraged.
• ESA tuition is paid quarterly. The School sends a ClassWallet invoice; the Family submits it in ClassWallet (search "Umbrella Academy Oro Valley" under Pay Vendor and upload the invoice again under Additional Documentation). The first ClassWallet invoice must be submitted before the student's first day.
• If an ESA payment is delayed or denied, the Family remains responsible for that portion of tuition. Please reach out early; we're always happy to help work through ClassWallet.

5. Withdrawal

Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Tuition is owed through the 30-day notice period, and the student may keep attending during it. ESA payments already made for a quarter are not refunded.

6. Community and conduct

The Family agrees to follow the Student & Family Handbook, available in the Family Hub at family.umbrella-academy.com, and to partner with staff on each child's growth plan. The School may update the handbook during the year and will notify families of changes.

7. Health and safety

The Family will share any allergies, medical needs or relevant learning needs and keep emergency contacts current. In an emergency, the School will contact the Family and, if needed, emergency services.

8. Photos and media

The Family's photo and video choice below applies to the School's newsletters, website and social media. Students' photos are never shared with identifying details beyond a first name.

9. Electronic signature

By typing their name and submitting this form, the Family agrees that this electronic signature is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. The School will countersign and email a copy of the completed agreement.
