“I cannot say enough amazing things about this school. My son who has struggled in public school needed something different. For over a year I searched for a school that I thought would be the best fit for him. When we walked into Umbrella Academy , we felt a sense of calm. After speaking with Miss Julia, we knew that this was the right choice. My son has ADHD and after trying him on medication, we didn’t feel that that was right for him. With the small class sizes he really gets the attention that he needs to help him stay on track. The philosophy for learning just makes sense. They work with him on his interest and help foster and grow them. ( he is learning how to play guitar, how cool is that?) The staff is so warm and patient. The children are also inclusive and sweet. I feel so lucky to have found this school for my son. My other kids beg to stay when we do drop off. I would say that is a good sign.”

Fleetwood, affectionately known as Fleet, is our lovable German Shepherd and cherished member of the Umbrella Academy family. She brings so much joy and comfort to our students, offering pet therapy benefits that enhance their well-being and brighten their days. Fleet loves playing with the kids during recess, creating unforgettable memories and strengthening their social bonds. We truly adore and appreciate Fleetwood for the warmth and happiness she brings to our school community.
